Dennis Basic - who was acquitted of being a hitman for a Swedish model - was living a life of luxury when he joined the Hells Angels motorcycle gang, got mixed up in the failed bombing of a gym and lost it all, a court has heard. Defence barrister Philip Dunn, QC, told the County Court on Monday how Basic, 36, ended up being arrested by police at a Langwarrin caravan park where he was storing explosive materials, detonators, guns and drugs for the bikie gang.
