Bill Forcing Dominion To Comply With FOI Gets Killed

A bill that would have forced Dominion Resources to be subject to Virginia's Freedom of Information Act in certain cases has died in a House of Delegates committee. Staunton Republican Dickie Bell wanted to make all documents that involve Dominion's Atlantic Coast Pipeline be open to public inspection IF they involve eminent domain.
