Installed on TRU TEMP® black oxide system, Near-Zero™ Water Recycler allows for re-using rinse water in process line, cutting water consumption by 99%. After about 1 month, filter media is changed, and all 3 rinse tanks are purged and re-filled with fresh water. TRU TEMP bath operates at 200°F, forming non-dimensional, Mil Spec/RoHS compliant, black magnetite finish on all types of tooling and machine components with turnaround time of 30 minutes.
