Bloomberg LP is expanding into 919 Third Avenue, where it inked a lease for 150,000 square feet of office space. The 47-story building, owned by SL Green, is nearby its corporate headquarters at 731 Lexington Avenue and expansion space that it took several years ago at 120 Park Avenue.
