BoI, Goldman to acquire Danske Bank portfolio

Bank of Ireland and Goldman Sachs are to buy a portfolio of commercial loans valued at 540m from Danske Bank. Bank of Ireland said it would will acquire a 274m portfolio of performing commercial loans, with Goldman Sachs acquiring the balance.
