The Board of Dairy Innovation Australia Ltd (DIAL) has entered into an agreement for the sale of the DIAL culture production unit and strain collection to Chr Hansen Holding A/S (Denmark) and its fully owned unit Chr Hansen Pty Ltd (Australia).
