Boeing 787 locator beacons should be disabled, British fire investigators say

A Thomson Airways Boeing 787 taxis at Manchester Airport in England. British authorities recommended Thursday that Honeywell emergency transmitters on all 787s be temporarily disabled following a fire last week aboard a 787 in London.
