Bluebonnet Water Supply issued a notification that stated, "Due to conditions which have occurred recently in the water system, the Texas Commission for Environmental Quality has required the system to notify City of Bruceville-Eddy, Elm Creek WSC , City of Moody and Spring Valley WSC, to boil their water prior to consumption."
