Morning Post: World leaders have agreed to limit global average temperature rises to within 2 degrees celsius. To achieve this, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change recommends a 40-70 per cent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by mid-century from 2010 levels, and decarbonisation of the global economy by the end of the century.
