Brazilian stocks traded on the NYSE are still not cheap with high PE and price to book ratios, especially in relation to the unstable political situation. I already wrote a few articles , Cnova , Companhia Brasileira de Distribuio about Brazilian companies because as prices of something fall I become more and more interested.
