Bridge fix: Anderson County can either rebuild for free, or replace for $450,000

Officials with the railroad firm CSX Corp. have given Anderson County two options on what to do about a railroad-owned bridge on a county road - closed since last summer - that's the shortest route between Clinton and the rural Dutch Valley community.
