Broadcom sues SpaceX over recruiting

Broadcom has filed a lawsuit against Space Exploration Technologies Corporation - SpaceX - accusing it of recruiting its employees to gain proprietary information. "SpaceX has raided Broadcom and hired away key Broadcom engineers," states the suit, filed in Orange County Superior Court.
