ASTM International Committee E06 on Performance of Buildings has presented the Award of Merit to Bruce Kaskel, principal and unit manager at Wiss Janney Elstner Associates Inc., in Chicago, IL.  A member of ASTM since 1988, Kaskel was recognized for his dedicated service to Committee E06 and his respected technical expertise in development of standards that support design, construction, evaluation, and repair of exterior wall systems and fully integrated building enclosure performance.
