Brush cleaner consists of one-component conveyor drive with motor, gear reducer, and all moving parts fully enclosed inside drum. Tensioning system is designed for facilitated adjustment as bristles wear, and maintenance, minimized to one oil change after 50,000 hr of non-stop running, can be performed without removing drum motor. Working in wet and dry environments, brush cleaner can be on chevron or cleated belts and in other environments where urethane cleaners would not be used.
