With Easy-Load™ rotary bag hanger system, Material Master Powerfill™ Filling System brings all bag strap connection points directly in front of operator for easy access. After bag inflation, bulk bag is filled by weight to programmed set point. Once fill cycle is complete, bag inlet spout and straps release, fill head raises, and filled bag is discharged with roller conveyor. Featuring color PanelView interface, Allen-Bradley PLC provides system status, recipes, and operational parameters.
