This 2-stage, 8 W saturated C-band power amplifier with 37% power added efficiency is supplied in lead (Pb)-free, 5 x 5 mm, 20-lead PQFN package and suits C-Band radar and communication applications. Parameters include 20 dB gain, input and output return loss of 10 dB, and 9 dBm PSAT.
