QML-V qualified and compliant with ISO11898-2 physical layer standard, 3.3 V Series ISL7202xSEH provides serial data transmission between CAN controller and CAN bus at up to 1 Mbps. Units leverage silicon on insulator process, which provides single event latch-up and single event burn-out in heavy ion environments. Low dose rate tested up to 75 krad on wafer-by-wafer basis, transceivers are cold spare redundant capable, allowing connection of additional unpowered transceivers to CAN bus.
