CCL Industries $9m acquisition

CCL Industries label and packaging has acquired Advanced Packaging Films, Germany, for approximately $9m, with the transaction expected to close on October 31. The business unit will trade as Advanced Performance Films and will be an integral part of the CCL Label global Food & Beverage business headed by president Guenther Birkner.
