Wayne Smolda, founder and chief executive officer of the CEI Group, Inc. (CEI) will present the winner of this years Fleet Executive of the Year award this week at the 2014 Conference of the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mr. Smolda will present the award at a special breakfast meeting honoring the associations award winners on Tuesday, September 9.
