CEO of Sarepta resigns; Chief medical offcer takes over as interim CEO

Just months from an expected application for approval of its drug for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, Chris Garabedian , CEO of Sarepta Therapeutics in Cambridge, has resigned. Chief Medical Officer Ed Kaye has taken over on an interim basis as the company searched for a replacement.
