CGI Group Q3 profit rises but acquistion-related costs continue to be a drag

CGI Group Inc. had $213.7 million or 67 cents of net income in the fourth quarter of its 2014 financial year, before adjustments. Excluding specific items related to acqusition and integration-related costs, the Montreal-based information technology company's adjusted net income was $234 million of 73 cents per share.
