CHS To Acquire Grain Merchandising, Trader Hansen-Mueller

MUELLER Jan. 22, 2015 Source: CHS news release CHS Inc., an energy, grains and foods company and the nation's leading farmer-owned cooperative, and Hansen-Mueller Co., a Midwest-based grain merchandising and commodity trading business, today announced they have signed a letter of intent for CHS to acquire the Hansen-Mueller assets located in Oberlin and Cedar Bluffs, Kan. Upon completion of due diligence and CHS Board approval, the transaction is expected to be finalized in late April 2015.
