Connecticut Light and Power crews work to restore power to customers along Cold Spring Rd. in the Glenbrook section of Stamford, Conn. Northeast Utilities, the parent company of CL&P, is rebranding itself and all of its subsidiaries to make it appear to be a more environmentally and consumer-friendly company.
