CN Rail, Unifor return to bargaining table as lockout looms

CN Rail and its unionized workers have returned to the bargaining table in an 11th-hour bid to prevent a lockout on Monday morning. Canadian National Railway and Unifor have resumed contract talks a day before the railway has threatened to lock out nearly 5,000 employees.
