Based on Flexium+ CNC platform, CNC Solution cuts grinding machine threading-in times to accelerate throughput and increases machining accuracy to DIN class 3. Electronic gearbox allows all master axes and spindle to be fully synchronized. With Fast Gear Alignment Function, aligning grinding wheel with 180 mm diameter gear and 71 helical teeth takes 0.5 sec, without any need to acquire acoustic signatures or make manual adjustments.
