COP21: Climate deal 'to keep rises well below 2C'

BBC: Organisers of climate talks in Paris are releasing details of a proposed landmark deal to curb climate change. French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius said a final draft text would be legally binding and set out a goal of keeping temperature rises "well below 2C".
