CPSC cuts fabric certificates for low-risk adult apparel

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is to cut what it describes as long-standing "red tape" that requires companies that make and sell adult apparel to issue compliance certificates for fabrics already deemed to be safe.
