CSX sued over West Virginia oil train derailment

A lawsuit has been filed against CSX Corp. on behalf of dozens of southern West Virginia residents living near the site of a fiery oil train derailment. Twenty-seven of the train's 109 cars derailed during a Feb. 16 snowstorm in Mount Carbon.
