Cablevision accused of firing worker over union activity

That's the question many Cablevision workers are asking themselves as the cable giant finds itself involved, once again, in a legal dispute over its violation of workers' rights. This time the National Labor Relations Board took the unusual step of going to federal court last week to seek an injunction against the company.
