We don't normally associate the marque Cadillac with prototypes styled by Italian coachbuilders -- we had coachbuilders like O'Gara Hess building Caddy limousines. But in a few weeks, one rare Cadillac coupe designed and built by Ghia will roll across the block at RM Sotheby's Arizona sale.
