I think the company handled the past 18 months extremely well, and the balance sheet is now very robust with a net cash position of $350M. The high option premiums make it interesting to write put options and acquire Cal-Maine at an even lower price! Eggs can be an interesting business to be in, and Cal-Maine Foods is definitely enjoying a perfect storm as the company remains on track to see its net profit double compared to the previous financial year.
