ClimateWire: A drive to put 1 million electric and other nonpolluting vehicles on California roads by 2023 is nearing its final legislative roadblock, with a key vote expected soon. By month's end, California's Assembly is expected to decide on S.B. 1275, the "Charge Ahead California Initiative."
