Featuring industrial 1.31 MP camera with Gigabit Ethernet and 6 or 4.5 mm prime lens, VS 101 enables TNC 640 mill-turn contouring control operator to monitor setup and machining result as well as view displayed faulty situations. Visual Setup Control (VSC), set up to identify incorrectly positioned workpieces and incorrectly mounted or missing fixtures, helps prevent faulty parts. Other features include DA 400 compressed-air unit and protective housing with proximity sensors.
