During Monday's meeting of the Robeson County Board of Commissioners, Commissioner Tom Taylor points out the location of a proposed solar farm on Beulah Church Road. The proposed solar farm will be built on 22 acres of a 55-acre tract owned by the trust of the late I.M. Biggs.
