Canada Invokes 1977 Pipeline Treaty with US over Line 5 Dispute

Line 5 is governed by a provisions of the agreement guaranteeing uninterrupted transit of light crude oil and NGL between the two countries, Canadas Foreign Affairs Minister Marc Garneau said in a statement.
