Canada: Premiers want flexibility from feds on how to tackle climate change

Toronto Star: Canadian premiers headed into the First Ministers Meeting hoping the federal government would remain open and flexible on how exactly to fight climate change, and there are signs an agreement has been reached. Canada is a very big country, and I think the approach to dealing with this issue needs to be as diverse as the country is and hopefully we will have a federal government that will listen to that, Yukon Premier Darrell Pasloski told reporters at the Vancouver Convention Centre Thursday morning....
