CANADA - A pork specialist with Alberta Agriculture reports producers of Canadian slaughter hogs, isoweans and feeder pigs and Canadian pork processors have faced the greatest hurt from US Mandatory Country of Origin Labelling (M-COOL), writes Bruce Cochrane.
