Canadian investor buys 2nd round of suburban office buildings

Amcor Holdings Inc. paid $10.2 million for this and two other buildings in the Cascade Corporate Center in Worthington, plus a 19-year-old office property in Dublin. Quebec-based Amcor Holdings Inc. paid $10.2 million in late November for three 1970s-era properties at the Cascade Corporate Center in Worthington and a 19-year-old office building in Dublin.
