However, TransCanada Corp. says it hasn't even considered the possibility that the proposed Energy East pipeline could extend to Nova Scotia, and it's unclear what other transport options are on the table. The late-November visit by Bill McCaffrey, CEO of MEG Energy Corp., was "really just about taking a look," said MEG spokesman Brad Bellows.
