A 28-year-old man from Long Beach was charged with one count of capital murder on Monday, days after authorities found the body of a missing Cal State Northridge student who disappeared last month. John Cadiz Klemack reports for the NBC4 News at Noon on Monday, Oct. 20, 2014.
