Carbon-offset Crude Trade to Take Time to Develop, Execs Say

Producers from the U.S. to Europe and Australia have sold so-called 100% carbon-neutral crude and condensate using carbon credit offsets earlier this year in preparation for carbon costs to be introduced for the fossil fuel.
