When Bob Gallagher and his co-founders started Charlotte-based Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group in 2002, the plan was to build a consulting firm that would be seen by the community as "a great place to work." "We didn't want to be the biggest in the world," Gallagher, CG president and CEO, told the Charlotte Business Journal.
