Changes Come to Port Authority Bus Terminal Aimed at Reducing Congestion

The agency has reassigned gates in a bid to reduce delays and overcrowding during the afternoon and evening rush hours. Most of the gates for New Jersey Transit buses will be consolidated on the third floor, while most gates for Coach USA buses will be on the fourth floor.
