Utilizing ultra-high-impedance follower with DC–10 Hz signal bandwidth, EMIT 50571 provides quantitative measurements of performance and functionality of ionizers to requirements of ANSI/ESD-STM3.1 and IEC 61340-5-1. Output Monitor connector on rear panel offers buffered output, providing low-voltage replica of voltage on ion collecting isolated conductive plate. Size and shape of ion collecting plate, as well as measurement capacitance, may be customer-specified to match ESD-sensitive device.
