Voltage-follower technique optimizes stability, and rechargeable battery provides ~6 hr continuous use. Measurement range is 0 to ±1,100 Vdc or peak AC, signal bandwidth is 80 Hz (-3 dB), accuracy is ±0.1% FS, and output noise is 10 mV rms.
