MINNEAPOLIS - A 34-year-old Wisconsin man and convicted felon faces three new felonies, according to court documents filed in Ramsey County, after he allegedly pointed a gun Sunday at an off-duty police officer and fled police. James Ryan Frei, of Toma, Wisconsin, is charged with second-degree assault, fleeing police and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
