Charles Naegele Receives ASTM International Award for Contributions to Fence Standards

Charles Naegele, P.E., owner and principal of Allied Consulting Inc. in Clarks Summit, PA, received Jerry W. Gambrell Memorial Award from ASTM International Committee F14 on Fences. Naegele was honored for his exemplary leadership and technical support while serving as chairman of Subcommittee F14.40 on Chain Link Fence and Wire Accessories.
