Charlotte-based holding group buys upscale Galleria-area hotel

Charlotte, North Carolina-based NB Holdings Corp., a bank holding company, has acquired Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria for an undisclosed sum. NB Holdings purchased the 11-story, 258-room upscale hotel from Arden Group Inc. and HEI Hotels & Resorts.
