Chautauqua IDA takes ownership of ex-ConAgra plant

The former Dunkirk ConAgra facility has been bought by Chautauqua County Industrial Development Agency , which may have another manufacturer working there in the coming months. In October, the IDA was approved for bonds totaling up to $2 million that would be used to buy the 243,872 square-foot food manufacturing facility, located at 26 East Talcott Street in Dunkirk.
