General Mills will start selling Cheerios brands without gluten this summer - but it won't really have to change any ingredients because oats, the main component of the cereal, are gluten-free already. Despite that apparently pretty big advantage, getting a gluten-free label on Cheerios boxes was trickier than it sounds , reports The Wall Street Journal .
